As the only company in Oklahoma City to offer the Performance Excellence Plan, CMS has set itself above the competition.  We will work to inventory your equipment, including condition and age, and then present you with a very detailed analysis that will clearly illustrate your projected fixed cost along with a plan of action to maintain your equipment as if it were our own.  You will finally have a predictable fixed cost, avoiding budget-busting unanticipated repair charges.

 

Our PEP plan will help ensure the comfort conditions and results you’re looking for.  We strive to provide the best customer service possible.  Our technicians are on-call 24/7.  Yet most of the time you won’t  even know when there’s a problem.  Our technicians will see it and repair it at our cost… not yours!  As part of the Full Coverage PEP our technicians are responsible for constantly evaluating the condition of your equipment and correcting any issues when they first appear, not waiting for a breakdown to occur.  This approach virtually eliminates down time caused by major malfunctions, not to mention the cost savings of your equipment running at peak efficiency at all times.

 

Unlike other companies, at CMS we don’t use our service plans as a way of nickel-and-diming you with sales of parts and additional service or repairs.  With PEP, all parts, labor and materials are included for as long as the equipment is under contract.
