Newcastle Casino

Newcastle Casino in Newcastle Oklahoma is our latest casino new construction project.   It consists of 8, 30 ton Trane package units, one 15 ton package unit serving the “Back of House”, two 30 ton Liebert data room units for the IT room, one 7.5 ton unit serving the Command Center, one five ton unit serving IDF room “A”. one 5 ton unit serving “Soft Count” and one 5 ton unit for the “Money Room.  It is controlled by a Trane Tracer control system that allows maintenance personnel access to the system from anywhere they have access to the internet 24 hours a day.

Notice the air units next the A/C systems?  This allows us to use only 30 CFM of outside air per occupant eliminating the need for 100 percent outside air which reduces the energy and initial installation and maintenance cost by more than half.  There are no expensive filter cells to maintain and the air quality and comfort in this casino is phenomenal!  Like we always say about the casinos we perform the HVAC installations and retro fits on, “you don’t see smoke, you don’t smell smoke and you don’t smell it on your cloths when you leave the facility”.
